Our fees are lower than traditional recruiters, with no upfront cost — you only pay when a placement is made. Details will be discussed once you fill in our form.

We provide personalised recruitment and career consultancy services to optometrists, pre-registration candidates, and optical practices. Our service involves proactive outreach, candidate matching, and placement support.
For pre-registration and qualified optometrist candidates, a service fee is payable upon engagement. The fee is clearly stated on our website at the time of booking. Payment is required before the commencement of your personalised search.
For practices, a placement fee is payable only upon successful placement of a candidate. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year salary and will be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of search activity. No upfront fee is charged.
We treat all information shared with us — by candidates and practices alike — as strictly confidential. Candidate details will never be shared with a practice without explicit consent.
Optofind Ltd acts as an introduction agency. We do not guarantee placement or employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
